Cannot enter password for ios app

I am unable to log into the iphone app. I am using the latest version of the app and my iphone 12 is fully updated.
It allows me to enter my email address but the button to take me to the next screen does not function - all I get is "Continue" but pressing this does nothing. I've reloaded the app several times, changed the password and restarted the phone all to no avail. I can log in to my account using my pc and see videos etc so it must be to do with the app or my phone. Can you help? I am in the UK

Hi @user_9c1114. Navigate to the settings of the default web browser on your phone, then ensure JavaScript and Cookies are both enabled. This should resolve the issue, allowing you to hit the Continue button to finish the login process.
