My ring is offline and i cant seem to get back online. Power icon [the llightening bolt] is a constant red, there is no blue ring. I have tried the reset buttom several time, and the paring button dosent make any difference. The wifi icon is unlight. Both the power and wifi lights used to be a light green and things worked just fine. im not sure what else to try as it will not find the wifi or ehtenet. I have unplugged the power cord from the back as well but the red pwere button remains red. Any helpful suggestions are welcome, and or if you need further info just let me know. Regards, Gus

Thanks for your reply. The blue ring light on the base station is not on, and the power icon remains red and no wifi connection-it's icon is dark. Is there no online chat function here where this could be discussed with a tech person to solve issues inseatd of calling on the mobile. Im not impressed with the level of support at all and this very frustrating, but Thank you for the reply at lease.

The Ring Community is a public forum, so we are geared towards more general troubleshooting assistance. Our chat support is also unable to help with technical issues, so the best bet is to contact our support team via phone. Since this issue involves your Ring Alarm Base Station, it requires the help of our support team to make sure the troubleshooting is properly completed and power is restored to the Base Station. If troubleshooting steps are completed incorrectly with the Base Station, it can reset your entire system, causing problems for the rest of your components.
