Why my ring alarm siren even it was not armed? I disarm it and 10 min later it siren again.? Help please

My ring alarm suddenly siren when not armed. I disarm and 10 minutes later it siren again, I have to take battery out from ring station. Help please? I can’t chat when try it’s app. It told me to call area code 1-855…. I don’t want call a strange area code . Thank you

Hi @user83051. The Ring Alarm Base Station siren should only go off when the system is armed and a monitored sensor has been set off. I’d recommend looking over your Modes settings to verify which sensors you have armed in each Mode. Also, verify that you are selecting Disarmed and not Home Mode, as Home Mode will still arm some sensors. You can disarm the system via the Keypad or the Ring app. If this issue persists, it would be best to follow up with our support team.
