Trying to Reconnect Alarm Range Extender. I have two; but, only one is listed on my app

Trying to Reconnect my Alarm Range Extenders after a WiFi password change. BUT, my app shows one extender but not the second one.

    Hi @Katie54. You can walk through a new setup of the second Range Extender in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If that doesn't work, try [factory resetting](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000071906-How-to-Factory-Reset-Your-Ring-Alarm-Devices) the Range Extender first, then attempting another setup. Should neither of these troubleshooting steps resolve the issue, please follow up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) so they can take a closer look.
