Transferring Account to new Owner

Is there really no way to transfer a Ring ecosystem to a new owner/e-mail? After selling my house I was hoping to be able to transfer the Ring Alarm as is since I already went through the trouble of setting up the retrofit kit, but if I remove it from my account all the settings will be lost and the new owner will have to do it. Was hoping to avoid that if possible.
