The Disarm/Home/Away buttons are missing from my app
The Disarm/Home/Away buttons are missing from my phone's Ring app. Earlier this morning they were there. They are missing from my phone's app and from my wife's phone's app. We cannot disarm the system.

Elderly person here! So how do I disarm and rearm my ring doorbell? If I bought the original ring and subscription, the functionality I originally purchased should not go away. Ok they want to put up the price, but double it!!! Not cool at all!!!

UYou have to click on the icon in the upper right corner on the dashboard then click disable motion. Sadly, if you have multiple cameras this becomes a chore. To turn them back on you have to do this in reverse for every camera you want re-enabled. Or of course, bow down to them and pay another $50 so you can get back what they took away from us :(.

We also have the same problem...This morning they were on our app and this afternoon they aren't. How do we fix this problem???

UYou now have to spend $100 a year to have the dashboard "Modes" buttons back now. It's all part of their "new" plans to screw over their customers. It's gone, never to return for the basic members with the $50 a year plan. They won't come back unless you pay the extra $50 a year and get the stupid Protect plus plan.

Sorry for pasting this everywhere, but it must be known the "Community" Is furious over this trash. They took it away to be money grubbing thieves. You now have to spend $100 a year to have the same icons we had with the $50 package. My elderly parents are having a hard time figuring out how to disarm the new way when they are outside in the front yard. Today alone, they got over 90 worthless notifications. This way they are "forcing" us to use is too complicated to turn off the cameras. They force us to do it one by one now by clicking the 3 dots on the camera's while on the dashboard and disabling them one by one to stop notifications that way, per every device. There is no simple "Disarm" all button now. Then you have to go back through and turn them all back on again. I will not be renewing my sub over this and I hope millions of others don't either. Hit them where it counts. Their pockets.
