System not recognizing devices
We have tried several times to add devices (keypad and sensors, gen 2) and the app is not recognizing them. We also bought extra sensors but are having trouble connecting those to the system that came as a kit. Any advice?

Hi @Bachman. What error message are you running into when trying to add these devices to your system? If possible, please attach a screenshot so we can get a better idea of what you're experiencing on your end. :)
