Solid blue led ring light on alarm door contact sensor
Does anyone know what a solid blue light means on an alarm door contact sensor? Battery level shows good and system still works with that sensor?

I am now experiencing this same issue - I tried to contact support but received an auto message that Chat is no longer supporting device troubleshooting via chat.Battery levels are still reporting good, device was installed and working up until yesterday.
