Hi,
I have a ring alarm system and conncted to a schalge lock connected to it. The Ring alarm seems to be offline, and I am wondering if I can get into the house with the ring alarm is offline?

Hi @somnyrds. Without knowing the exact model of your Schlage Smart Lock I can’t say for certain, but your should still be able to enter the home. You may not be able to use your Ring app to unlock the door, but you can manually unlock the door using the keypad on the Door.
