Ring window sensors

So I have the ring alarm setup in my home including using window/door sensors for light triggers. For example, I can turn on patio lights when the patio door is opened after sunset. What I’m trying to do is create an alert to have a timed response. For instance, open patio door and send alert if the sensor hasn’t been closed in 5 minutes. Anyone have advice? I’ve tried ifttt and Alexa routines but can’t figure it out.
