Ring Outdoor Siren

I have put in 2 Ring alarm systems with the Ring pro subscription for family but am frustrated with Ring for not having an outside siren so in going to remove the systems and replace with a system that has an outside siren. Even the the police have said it worthless without an outside siren. So what other brands R there??
