Ring for a Holiday Home in Kosovo?

Hello, as described I am trying to get a Ring System for my Holiday Home in Kosovo but I cant create a Account for this Country since its not listed. My Question being is it possible to use my german account for a system thats not in germany or does the system not work if the countries don't match?I did call the german CS but they didnt understand me and couldnt help me, they werent a native speaker so cant blame them.

Hi @user_b46330. We do not recommend buying Ring devices from one country for use in a different country. Kosovo is not one of the European countries we sell to. It would be best to wait until Ring devices are available in Kosovo, or to find a different solution that meets your needs.
