Ring alarm window/door contact

Can anyone please advise how I add a window contact to this type of window frame, as you can see there is a big step between the window and frame

Just stick them on mine works fine with almost a 1-inch gap/step between the sensor and magnet. Just test it on your phone (check it shows the window/door as closed on the installed position) before committing to sicking it on there I guess.

We have a Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043818431-Tips-for-installing-your-Contact-Sensor-2nd-gen-) that may have some tips to help you install a Contact Sensor on different windows and doors. Other neighbors may also chime in if they have installed Contact Sensors on a similar frame! :)
