Ring Alarm Pro compatible with eero Pro Gen 2

I just moved and I had to leave behind my Ring Alarm. Need a new one. I have the older eero Pro Gen 2 with 3, hardwired eero pro gateways already. Do not want to replace those. Is the Ring Alarm Pro basestation with the eero 6 extender built in, backwards compatible with the eero Pro's that I have or should I just go with the basic system since it will plugged into my eero gateway anyway?

According to Eero, "[All Eeros are compatible with each other no matter when they were released](https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/207548466-Are-all-eeros-the-same-#:~:text=eeros%20that%20can%20be%20used,matter%20when%20they%20were%20released.)" .
