Ring Alarm Pro Base station repeatedly going offline --> online

Its driving me nuts. Im getting hundreds of notifications a day from Ring. The base station is reporting offline, then immediately back online. This happens over and over again. I've rebooted the base station by pulling the plug & by rebooting within the app. That solved the issue for a few days but eventually came back. Rebooting my router fixed it for a day or 2 as well. But eventually it came back again. My base station is hardwired. I have switched to new ethernet cables, different ports on router and have tried a new power brick. All with no lasting success I called Ring and the agent explained that it may be a known issue to their engineers. He noted my account and said Id hear from an escalation engineer within XXXX hours. Has anybody else had this issue?

    Mine is doing the same for the last two weeks. Bigger issue than at home it is my business so 10 of us are getting the constant notifications.
