Ring alarm no notifications on issues

Huge issue! I just noticed three of my ring alarm devices are offline, low battery, etc. Why in the hell doesn’t the app notify me, email me, text me, etc. to tell me there is an issue with my alarm or any of the devices connected to it? What a huge security issue! It should notify me by email and via the app and keep notifying me every day until it’s resolved! What a piece of junk
