Ring Alarm Kit

Hello, I am looking at purchasing the 8 piece Alarm Kit. I already have a plan with Ring for my 5 cameras (Standard Plan). Can the Alarm system be added to existing plan? Will Ring contact me or law enforcement if the Alarm goes off? My plan includes 10% discount on Ring devices. How can I apply the discount when purchasing in Ring's website? Thanks!
