Quick reply set to off still enabled?

I’ve set the quick reply off in the smart response section however ring pro still asks to take a message. Has anyone had this issue. Thanks

Hi @user_d8f67d. Make sure that your Ring app is updated to the latest version available in the app store. After checking that, perform a quick reboot of your Ring Doorbell using the reboot option on the Device Health page. Once the reboot is complete, verify that Quick Replies are turned off.
