One light of alarm base is a different color
One of the lights on the base station is always a different color from the rest, regardless of the alarm status is always different System doesn’t show any update needed

Hi @user_6ab5e7. Thank you for these photos! First, try to reboot your Base Station. You'll need a paperclip or something similar. One the back of the Base Station you'll see a pinhole Reset button. Briefly press and release that button, being sure to hold it down for less than 1 second. Just a tap will reboot your Base Station. Holding it down longer may start the factory reset process. If this does not cause the light to resume normal function, please follow up with our support team for further assistance. Hi @user_6ab5e7. Are you talking about the LED ring on the Base Station, or the lights on the back of the Base Station? Would you be able to share a picture of this? Does this affect the functionality of the Base Station at all? Thank you!
