NOTHING CONECTS!! SOS

My keyboard never conect, so reading comments everywere somebody said reset de zwave, so I did, total mistake I know, now I am about to cry y destroy everything, nothing woks, nothing conect, I tried manually, taking off batteries and follow steps, restart the base but Not. Seriously, somebody help me please

      The problem is that I am not in the US and the intl calls are very expensive... I need email o skype but I dont find any...

      There should be a chat icon on the Ring website page towards the bottom. Last option is email. I believe it's help@ring.com

    I have exactly the same problem. I did as it said to remove batteries, etc and only tried adding 1 device (keypad) nothing just keeps telling me to take out battery. Highly frustrated!
