When i get a notification that movement has been detected, when i go to view the notification i sometimes get a message that the video does not exist. Yet other times it is fine. Why is this happening please?

Hi @Morphious. Does this only happen when you tap on a notification when motion has been detected, or do you also get this message when you try to view a video from the Event History? Which model of Ring Doorbell or Camera do you have, and what is the RSSI for it on the Device Health screen?
