Hey neighbors! In the event that your Keypad does not have sound, please remove the device from your Base Station, [reset the Keypad,](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000071906-How-to-Completely-Reset-Your-Alarm-Devices) and then re-set up the Keypad. On the re-set up, if the Keypad will not add or have sound when re-set up, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). Same issue. My buttons are not working right I have to turn off with phone so kids can arm and disarm. U got any help on the sound issue?
