My alarm keeps bypassing onto 4G backup
connectivity
troubleshooting

Hi, I wonder if anyone has come across the same issue? My alarm bypasses onto 4g for a few minutes but then flicks back again and my internet is stable.

    Hi @user77562. Is you Ring alarm connected via WiFi or ethernet? Does your WiFi automatically switch between 2.4GHz and 5GHz network bands? If so, try connecting it to a dedicated 2.4GHz network to see if that improves connectivity.
