Motion Detector Detection Range
Does anyone know what the range is? I have it on high (no pets)... it doesn't seem like the range is more than 15'. Anyone else have any experience here? Thanks

Mine is working over 20 feet. Are you putting it test mode to see what the range is by trial and error? They do better with cross movement as opposed to straight on.

I have a gen 2 doorbell and with it to max sense I am only getting 12 feet. Owners guide says it is supposed to work to 30. Not mine!!! Customer service needs to have a good answer tomorrow
