keypad

Hello,
Why is it that when I want to arm my system in external mode, I have to confirm my choice by pressing the confirmation button on my keypad after entering my 4-digit code (bottom right “V”).
(whereas when I want to activate the home armed mode, all I have to do is enter the code and press the arm button on my keypad).

Thanks. Best regards.

Hi @Florent29. As @lalalala mentioned, you are probably being asked to bypass sensors when arming your system in Away Mode. I’d check the Ring Alarm Devices list in the Ring app to see if you have a Contact Sensor showing as open or tampered.
