Keypad notification

Question

When I first received my ring alarm system, the keypad would make sounds when the buttons were pushed from what I’ve read this is the chirp sound, and I have mine on, and it no longer makes the sound when I push the buttons. My other problem is it used to just give an alarm sound when I changed from disarm to armed or home or away now it plays a song that was on my phone. I never switched it to that song. I have deleted that song from my phone and it still continues to play that song and I have done everything I can think of to change that. Does anyone have any answers? Thank you.

Hi @user_554747. You're referring to the Ring Alarm Keypad, correct? The Keypad shouldn't be playing a song of any kind. You can enable chirp tones on the Keypad, which will play a chirp tone when a sensor is triggered.
