I bought an alarm bundle a few months ago and now want to mount the keypad to the wall, but I can’t find the screws. Is anyone able to tell me the size of screw/wall plug/drill bit needed? If I contact ring support would they be able to send me a spare set?

Hi @DrDanH. Depending on the surface you are mounting too, you can probably just use standard drywall screws/anchors to mount the Keypad. I'd suggest taking the mounting bracket with you to your local home improvement store and finding a size that will work best. Usually, there are "kits" that have the correct size screw/anchor packaged together.
