Issues with Base Station in App?

I recently installed a Ring Alarm a few days ago and it's been working fine. Today I went to adjust some settings and found that when I click on Base Station in the App, all I get is a photo of the base station, the battery level, and the cellular signal. None of the icons/options are displayed below and no gear icon in the upper corner. I've tried:Pushing reset on the base stationUnplugging and replugging the base stationUninstalling and reinstalling the Ring AppUsing the Ring App on my Fire Tablet insteadAll result in the same issue.Anyone else have this problem or have any suggestions? Not starting off on the best foot unfortunately.
