While API integrations like IFTTT and SmartThings have limited functionality with Ring, we do not officially support these integrations. Please reach out to IFTTT for troubleshooting assistance and adding specific devices.   For what it’s worth, I took your advice and reached out to IFTTT support. They said Ring has to build the integration and to contact you! Please see below. “Thanks for reaching out! We'd love to have the Ring Alarm support too and the team there has all the tools necessary to build it on IFTTT. We'll make sure they hear about it, but would be great if you can also send your feedback to them directly or on social so they hear directly from customers as well. Let me know if there's anything else we can help with from our side!“
