How do I get Gen 2 Keypad to illuminate the numbers representing available areas for arming?

I heard pressing a key (e.g. Arm) will illuminate the numbers representing available areas to arm and prompt the user to select the desired areas for arming, but when I pressed the Arm key this did not happen… Could you please teach me how to set my Base Station / Keypad to allow this?

Hi @Climax. I’m not certain I understand what you mean when you say “available areas to arm”. You can arm your Ring Alarm via the Keypad by entering your 4-digit access code, then selecting Home or Away. We have information on how to arm and disarm your system here as well.
