Does the contact sensor work with any siren?

I am new to this system and only have a doorbell now. I am interested in adding a couple of the spotlights which have sirens in them. I also want to add a few contact sensors. Will the contact sensors be able to trigger the alarm in the spotlight cameras? Do i need anything else for this? Do i have to get the standalone siren also?
