Change WiFi on camera mounted too high to access
troubleshooting

My Wi-Fi network changed. I need to update the Wi-Fi information on my cameras, but one is mounted too high for me to access it. I updated it on my doorbell and on two cameras outside, but I had to access the cameras. How can I update the Wi-Fi network on a camera that is too high to access?

Hi @user_b7beb7. The easiest thing to do is to change your wifi network/password to the same information it had before. This way, all of your homes devices will automatically reconnect. This can be done with a quick Google search for your current router, or by contacting your Internet Service Provider. If not, then yes, you'll need to physically press the setup button on your device to connect it to your new network.
