Can Ring Alarm (trigger) turn on Leviton Decora Outlet?

I want to turn on a Leviton Decora Outlet when the Ring Alarm is triggered, is it possible? I am trying to connect an outdoor loud siren to go off when Ring triggers an intrusion. Thanks
