  Hi @user_13bb45. Shortcuts have moved from the top of the app dashboard to under the camera previews. If you swipe down, you should see shortcuts for any other devices such as lights and smart locks. For a full list of all your Ring devices, this can still be accessed by tapping the menu, then selecting Devices. To see all your Ring Alarm devices, tap on the Base Station from the Devices list.

  I have to imagine that since you are posting advice to customers concerning their RING services and devices that you have some connection to the company and can relay comments made by those same customers.  For weeks now RING customers all over these forums have repeatedly requested over and over and over again for RING move the shortcuts back to the top.  Not to mention bringing back the red dot indications along with the actual # of times a specific device was activated.  Those same 2 simple requests have been made 100s of times now on the iOS App Store by likely some of the same customers posting here.  Do you not understand that RING customers DO NOT WANT the shortcuts UNDERNEATH the camera previews?  Are you ever going to reply and say the dots are permanently gone and the shortcuts are staying where they are?  How difficult would that be to spell out in no uncertain terms?  This has now reached the point to where the damage being done to the RING brand by these ridiculous app changes is bordering on being unrecoverable.
