All sensors require bypass after installing keypad

troubleshooting
I installed a new keypad today. When we arm the system, every contact sensor reads as offline. Ring support did have me reboot the base station, but the hey pad and doorbell work, so I would expect the sensors to. No windows or doors are open.

Hi @SithShrink. If your Contact Sensors and Motion Detectors are offline, you'll be asked to bypass them when you try to arm your system. In the Ring app, navigate to your Alarm Devices list and check the status of your Sensors. If they are offline, you might need to try [factory resetting](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000071906-How-to-Factory-Reset-Your-Ring-Alarm-Devices) the Sensors and setting them back up in the Ring app. If resetting the Sensors doesn't resolve this issue, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here.](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Contact-Us) Make sure to request to speak with the Ring Alarm team specifically. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
