All Contact Sensors Offline

I have ring Protect for my business. The power was restored and the system came back online. However, none of the contact sensors work. All the other sensors are fine - motion sensors, glass break sensor, keypads, etc. I wanted to arm my system, now that it has power...and I'm not able to return for a while. I tried rebooting the base station, but this didn't fix the issue. It's not much of an alarm system if the contact sensors don't work!!
