Alarm switched to cellular. No WiFi or internet outage

Nothing has changed and had no power or internet outage. It has not switched back but continues to show as connected to WiFi when viewed from router. There are no options in the ring app to restart alarm so it can try again. Other Ring devices (door bell, camera etc) are connected to WiFi without any issue. Suggestions?

    And just as magically it has now come back online? To be clear, nothing has been touched. No power, WiFi or internet outage. Makes a fella wonder?

        It happened to us too tonight. Now it's stuck on cellular back up even internet is working.

          Same for me today. Is it a firmware update that Ring has pushed? what can we do?
