Alarm Base Station shows as "Offline" on iPhone app when phone is connected to wifi

When I log onto the web dashboard, it shows the Alarm base station as online - I can see all of the security devices (i.e., door and window sensors, motion detectors, etc.) and I can set the alarm modes. However, when I try to access the base station via the app on my iPhone (iOS 18.5) while I am on my Wifi service at home, the base station shows "Offline". If I turn off the Wifi on my iPhone and use my cellular service, the base station shows up as online. The alarm base station is connected via Ethernet cable directly to the router. All of my Ring devices are connected to the same network via Wifi. I can see and manipulate all of my cameras with my iPhone while I am on Wifi but the base station shows as offline. My security devices are on a different network than my iPhone, but I connected my iPhone to the same network as the security devices I still could not access the base station. Has anyone run into this issue before? Any fix for this? Thanks!

    Hi @oldsports. On your iPhone, do you have a VPN active? If so, try disabling it, as a VPN can cause issues with the Ring app. Also, what version of the Ring app is installed?
