I have had my ring keypad just over 2 years and it's stopped working. I am on the protection plan, does this mean ring will send me a free keypad as it only gets used when I go away once a year by my daughter Only the prices are disgusting for just a keypad when I pay for my prescription, who do I contact about this?.I tried the chat but no help at all.

Contact ring alarm customer service they will trouble shoot and replace if needed they have replaced all my keypads before
