Product does not work
I have the same issue as several posts indicated that the ring stick up camera does not work with the solar panel. Ring needs to correct this issue. Or tell folks that this combination dies not work. I need to know how can a refund.

I would suggest trying some these steps for your concern: - Verify your Solar Panel is getting a few hours of direct sunlight.- Reboot your Camera using the Ring app.- Make sure the Solar Panel is plugged into your Camera correctly.
