Ring app will not work as usual. Message I get when click on icon….”Video doorbell could not be set up. This ring device is registered to another owner.” Screen when I click on icon wants me to set up a device. When I scan QR code the options I’m given are to become a shared user or to transfer this device. I have owned this ring doorbell for several years. It was on condo when I purchased. The old owner transferred to me. The SN is C5W0E00D1H Thank you Sharon Tatum
