Invoice (EUrope) not stating our company name, address & tax registration number
We have a standard plan and this is billed yearly since 2019. Every single year I'm getting an invoice from Ring without stating our company name, address and tax registration number. It takes me every year more than 20minutes via support chat to get a new invoice by mail stating this very much needed information. Sometimes I get a new invoice with all this info, sometimes not, sometimes it takes me more than 3 attempts before I get it. Sometimes I never get this. This is costing me money. How can I get this settled once and for good please?

Hi there, I do have the same issue. Any tipps on how to receive an invoice which is compliant to the law, stating a name and address of a company?
