AT&T internet Ail does not work with equipment

Yes I was assured it would work and found out after I was robbed that it doesn’t work with ring doorbells or security cameras

Hi @user_addb6b. Your Ring devices will not connect to your network from AT&T? Do you have a 2G and 5g signal that are separate? What model Ring devices do you have?
