I am DISABLED and am I am NOT calling in or doing webchat . Why the hell doesn't ring provide email address ????

@MB8 Are you trying to start a new post for a question? Whenever you're on one of the boards, like the [Doorbells](https://community.ring.com/c/products/16) or [Security Cameras](https://community.ring.com/c/products/17) boards, you should see a **+ New Topic** button in the top right corner. Click on that and a window will pop up to allow you to create a new topic with your own title, tags, and body of the post.

I’m finding the whole company for support totally useless ..nothing is working ..tried phoning..agent / bot doesn’t know..I’m in a trial period..won’t be continuing..
