If you have an Ring Alarm base station with your cameras, you should be able to. I don’t, but what I have done is have a Ring camera, tell my Echo device it saw motion, the Echo device talks to my alarm system which has a z-wave hub built in, and it then turns on or off a z-wave lighting device.
