I have an older kwikset smart lock that work with Vivint but can’t seem to get it working with ring even though ring works off of z wave technology. This also happening with the thermostat. Any help would be appreciated
Hi @Am7315. Do you have a Ring Alarm Base Station? This is how Z-Wave compatible devices are integrated with Ring. First, check to see if the specific lock you have is listed here as a compatible device. Next, you may need to reset the lock to its factory settings before it will pair with the Base Station.
