Hi @PatriciaMarchand. Ring employees do not have access to your Ring devices and cannot change your settings. You can learn more about your commitment to your privacy at Privacy | Ring. If your Ring doorbell has disconnected from wifi, you can follow the steps here to reconnect it. After doing so, I’d recommend checking the RSSI on the Device Health page to see if the Doorbell has a strong and stable connection. If you have any other concerns about your Doorbell, we’re happy to offer some help.
