Yearly Plan - Cancellation

I currently have 2 Protect Basic plans which is paid till July 2022. I will not be using Ring till July. What are my options please?
Will I be able to cancel the plans and get refund for pro rota basis or can this time from now till July be parked and moved to a later dates?
