Worst customer service

Bought a new home with Ring system, pin in the neck and I transfer. Owner released but cannot connect. 60 minute hold time, inexperienced rep at overseas call center, transferred to tech team, unhelpful. Solution: wait 69 days until system “resets” and then “call again” after 2 1/2 hours on the phone. Would NEVER buy a ring system, had SimpliSafe, much better product and WAY better customer setvice
