Hi my doorbell won’t charge and has a solid ring light I have done the device health and says it is all working
Hi @Kathiejj83. Which model of Doorbell do you have? I’d recommend resetting it by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. From there, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to get it set back up in the Ring App. If you have the Doorbell hardwired to an existing doorbell circuit, it will provide a trickle charge that helps keep the battery topped off. If your Doorbell has a lot of dings, motions, and Live Views each day, the battery may drain more quickly than it can be charged.
